November 2024 New Releases
Lost & Lassoed by Lyla Sage
Publication Date: 11/5/2024
Genre: Romance
The third installment of Sage’s popular Rebel Blue series, readers are taken back to Meadowlark, Wyoming and focuses on a enemies-to-lovers romance between Teddy and Gus, which some fans have been waiting for since the series started. I’ve been a fan of this series when I read Done & Dusted this past winter, so I’m looking forward to adding the third book in the series on my shelf.
Love in Bloom by Lucy Eden
Publication Date: 11/12/2024
Genre: Romance
An unexpected inheritance leads a city girl to a small town to run a family farm, only to realize that said farm is a front for a secret business.
This book seems to take a spin on the classic romance trope (though usually found in Hallmark movies) about a city girl inheriting a farm and I’ll be interested in seeing how this book ultimately plays out.
P.S. I received an e-ARC for this book from Forever, Grand Central Publishing, and NetGalley in exchange for a fair and honest review. Make sure to check back here when I review this title.
Pickleballers by Illana Long
Publication Date: 11/12/2024
Genre: Romance
Possibly the first pickleball sports romance, Pickleballers is an lovers-to-enemies-to-lovers-again romance about a novice pickleball player falling for a local in the town where pickleball was invented.
I’m not going to lie, the title and book blurb had me cracking up due to the puns used to describe the book. Hopefully this book will keep cracking me up when I get a chance to read it.
The Keeper of the Key by Nicole Willson
Publication Date: 11/12/2024
Genre: YA Horror
After her mom announces that they will be moving into her boyfriend’s remote mansion, a teen girl discovers more sinister secrets within her new home.
Gothic horror is something I’ve been becoming more interested in as I spend more time reading horror novels. The plot sounds cool and I’m hoping that I can read this by the end of the month or at least sometime during November.
P.S. I received an e-ARC for this book from Parliament House Press and NetGalley in exchange for a fair and honest review. Make sure to check back here when I review this title.
A Legend in Baking by Jamie Wesley
Publication Date: 11/19/2024
Genre: Romance
Unintentionally going viral, a football player has to rely on his best friend’s sister to help promote his new bakery.
Baking has always been a passion of mine, so this immediately caught my attention and the plot sounds really cute.
Darkly by Marisha Pessl
Publication Date: 11/26/2024
Genre: YA Thriller
Getting a coveted internship at an illustrious video game design company, one teen girl discovers that this internship might not be what she always dreamed it would be.
I discovered this book during one of my scrolls through NetGalley, and I immediately added this book to my TBR after reading the book blurb. I’m not much of a video game person, but the concept of the book intrigued me and I heard a lot of great things about the atmospheric vibes it gives off, so that made me interested in reading this book.
